Wolves deny Miller move

WOLVES chief executive Jez Moxey has denied Kenny Miller is poised for an imminent move to Celtic, despite increasing speculation north of the border.

The 26-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season and has so far rejected offers to sign an extension.

A proposed move to Sheffield United fell through because Miller quickly signalled he was less than keen on a move to Bramall Lane.

The Scottish international has now spoken to Celtic but Moxey claims nothing has been finalised.

However, the players’ agent, David Baldwin, has cited Celtic’s possible qualification for next season’s Champions League as a major incentive for Miller.
