Eircom League AGM to reconvene

THE Eircom League annual general meeting — which was adjourned last Saturday, February 21 — will reconvene on Saturday, March 13 at the Clarion Hotel, IFSC, Dublin 1, commencing at 10am.

The management committee of the Eircom League will meet next Thursday, March 4 at the FAI offices, 80 Merrion Square, Dublin 2 to agree fixtures for the 2004 season.

Meanwhile Finn Harps will give a debut to a pair of Dutch twins when they take on Eircom League champions Shelbourne in a pre-season friendly at Finn Park, Ballybofey, this evening (7.30pm).

21-year-old Ramco and Geoffrey Eversdilk have come through the youth academy at First Division club Den Haag.

“They just might be what we are looking for,” commented Harps boss Noel King, who added that the twins were recommended to him by a friend.
