Viduka’s Elland Road future in question

MARK VIDUKA has held talks about his Leeds United future with Peter Reid amid reports he wants to leave the club.

Viduka, whose late-season goal rush enabled Leeds to avoid relegation from the Premiership, is believed to be unhappy about the number of departures from Elland Road.

While Leeds stressed yesterday that Viduka has not put in an official transfer request, they must now decide whether or not to cash in on the Australian, especially as Leeds boss Reid has insisted he only wants players at the club who want to play for Leeds.
