Lack of interest from clubs could force Collins to stay with Fulham

FULHAM’S out-of-favour midfielder John Collins could be staying at Loftus Road after all — because there have been no approaches from other clubs during the transfer window so far.

Cottagers chief Jean Tigana has told the 34-year-old former Scotland international, out of contract in the summer, that he can leave this month if the right offer is made to the club.

Nottingham Forest manager Paul Hart held talks with Collins’ agent Raymond Sparkes last month but Collins snubbed a move to the City Ground.
