Pamarot to miss start of next season

TOTTENHAM defender Noe Pamarot has had knee surgery and is set to miss the start of next season.

The 26-year-old French defender damaged a cruciate ligament earlier this month when he fell awkwardly in Spurs’ 1-1 draw with Birmingham at St Andrews.

Pamarot, who was signed from Nice for £1.75m in the summer, remains positive despite his injury setback.
