Moore’s Blackburn move fails

CRAIG MOORE’S proposed move to Blackburn collapsed last night after the defender failed to agree terms with the club.

Moore’s Blackburn move fails

The Australian international, who will play for his country at the Olympic Games this summer, looked to be on his way to join former team-mates Lorenzo Amoruso and Barry Ferguson. But the former Ibrox skipper’s move dramatically fell through when the two parties were unable to agree on personal terms. His agent John Viola said: “the move has fallen through because we just couldn’t put a deal together. He is not upset at this at all. He has had many ups and downs in his career and he is looking ahead.

“He is still a Rangers player but he won’t be staying there. He is now concentrating on doing a job with Australia at the Olympics now. He is really looking forward to that.”
