Kennedy on road to fitness

FORMER Ireland winger Mark Kennedy is set to be fit for Wolves’ pre-season after making a good recovery from an ankle operation.

The injury blighted the Dubliner towards the end of the season and he sat out the last two games of the season in order to go under the knife.

The promotion chasing squad captained by Paul Ince are returning from their summer break two weeks tomorrow and Kennedy looks likely to be fit.
