Crespo is ready to turn it on for Chelsea
The Argentinian ace is back at Stamford Bridge in a number nine shirt for this campaign, but 12 months ago the London club caused him to lose his love for the game.
Crespo was signed by previous Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri from Inter Milan for £16.8m in 2003, but the move turned into a nightmare for the experienced striker. He scored just 12 goals in an injury-plagued campaign and felt isolated from the rest of the squad.
