Edu set to leave Highbury

BRAZILIAN midfielder Edu has confirmed he will leave Arsenal at the end of the season.

The 26-year-old is out of contract this summer but after a move to Valencia broke down in January, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had hoped the 26-year-old might agree new terms. However, he is now set to move away from Highbury.

“I’ve decided to go after the FA Cup final but I haven’t decided which club I’m going to join,” said Edu. “A lot of clubs have asked about me and my agent has spoken to Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Juventus.
