Henry a 50-50 doubt as Gunners face Roma at Highbury

ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger believes striker Thierry Henry is poised to win the player of the year award as he is the best scorer and passer in the Premiership.

However, he revealed that his leading scorer is still a 50-50 doubt for tomorrow night's vital Champions League tie at home to Roma, against whom Henry scored a hat-trick earlier this season in the Italian capital.

Henry certainly had an eventful evening on Saturday in his side's FA Cup quarter-final draw against Chelsea missing a penalty, hitting the post, being struck by a missile thrown from the crowd, scoring a sublime solo effort and then limping off injured.
