Mack Hansen returns for Ireland as Jamie Osborne ruled out

Jamie Osborne has been ruled out of the rest of the Autumn Nations Series after picking up a shoulder injury against Japan.

Jamie Osborne will play no further part in Ireland’s November internationals series but that blow has been softened to some extent by confirmation that Mack Hansen is back in line for selection against Australia this weekend.

Osborne had been covering at full-back for the already-injured Hugo Keenan but the Naas man had to leave the field early against Japan last weekend with what is believed to be a bad shoulder injury.
