Munster confirm pre-season fixtures as English outfits join Biarritz on list 

Munster will take on Biarritz Olympique, Gloucester and Bath in August and September.

Munster have confirmed their schedule for their upcoming pre-season campaign. 

The province have added two fixtures against English Premiership outfits to the already-announced clash against Biarritz Olympique in August.

The meeting with the James Coughlan-led French outfit taking place to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of the 2006 European Cup final, which Munster won. 

Two weeks later, incoming Munster head coach Clayton McMillan will take his charges to Kingsholm to take on Gloucester on Friday, September 5 at 7.30pm.

Concluding preparations for the new season will be the visit of Premiership Champions Bath to Cork's Virgin Media Park on Friday, September 12 at 7pm.

The fixtures will provide fans with a first glimpse of their new coach, as well as new signings JJ Hanrahan, Dan Kelly and Conor Ryan.

Fixtures: 

Friday, August 22: Biarritz Olympique v Munster, Stade Aguiléra, 7pm Irish time.

Friday, September 5: Gloucester v Munster, Kingsholm, 7.30pm.

Friday, September 12: Munster v Bath, Virgin Media Park, 7pm.
