RG Snyman returns for full training ahead as Leinster step up preparations for Northampton clash

James Ryan steps up his return from injury and will be assessed later in the week.

RG Snyman has returned to full training following his injury while James Ryan increases his training load as Leinster prepare for their Investec Champions Cup semi-final clash against Northampton on Saturday at the Aviva Stadium (5.30pm).

Ryan will be assessed further during the week as he continues his recovery from a calf injury. Ryan hasn't played since Ireland's Six Nations win in Rome.

Ryan Baird came through Leinster's loss to Scarlets on Saturday with no issues following his return from injury. 

Rob Russell contines his rehab programme and is increasing his training load with further assessment due during the week. 

Brian Deeny will have a procedure this week on his knee injury which will keep him out of action for the remainder of the season. Will Connors will be unavailable for selection this weekend due to an arm injury which will be assessed further this week with no further updates on Jordan Larmour as he continues his rehabilitation programme.
