Having previously seen him up close during his time in New Zealand, Leinster assistant coach Tyler Bleyendaal is excited by the prospect of working alongside All Blacks star Rieko Ioane.

While his time as a player in his native land preceded the emergence of the Auckland native on the professional scene, Bleyendaal was part of the Hurricanes coaching staff from 2020 to 2024.
