Munster noses may be bloodied following a home defeat to the Bulls last time out but the men in red are still on their feet and confident they can secure their place in the URC play-offs with a strong finish to the regular season, starting this Friday night in Cardiff.
Last Saturday’s 16-13 Thomond Park reverse to the South African powerhouse made a home quarter-final draw at the end of the month a near impossibility with only three games remaining but Ian Costello’s squad will travel to the Arms Park with belief and confidence intact, and their fate still in their own hands with each of their outstanding assignments coming against rivals for the all-important top eight positions in the final standings.
