Leo Cullen has made six changes to his Leinster side to take on Glasgow Warriors in the Champions Cup quarter-finals on Friday night at the Aviva Stadium (kick-off, 8pm).

All Black Jordie Barrett comes into the midfield having started on the bench in the dismissal of a hapless Harlequins outfit in the last-16.

It's a milestone day for the man who makes way for Barrett, Robbie Henshaw, who is set to earn his 100th Leinster cap off the bench on Friday night.

The Ireland international centre has won four Pro14/URC titles as well as a Champions Cup since making his debut for the province back in 2016.

Jack Conan captains the side from number eight, with Caelan Doris among the replacements, alongside Josh van der Flier and Max Deegan, who comes in as one of the alterations to the starting XV from the 62-0 win over Quins.

Joe McCarthy and RG Snyman continue their partnership behind a new-look front row as Cian Healy and Tadhg Furlong will scrum down either side of Rónan Kelleher.

Sam Prendergast and Jamison Gibson-Park continue in the half-backs while Barrett partners Garry Ringrose in the centre.

Tommy O'Brien comes in to make his first European start for Leinster, with James Lowe and Hugo Keenan completing the back-three.

Last week's starting front-row of Dan Sheehan, Andrew Porter and Rabah Slimani all move to the bench alongside Doris.

Diarmuid Mangan will make his European debut if he is introduced from the bench.

Henshaw takes his place among the replacements alongside the experienced half-back duo of Luke McGrath and Ross Byrne.

Forward duo James Ryan and Ryan Baird miss out on selection, with Cullen noting the latter's absence is due to a "little niggle".

Leinster: H Keenan; T O'Brien, G Ringrose, J Barrett, J Lowe; S Prendergast, J Gibson-Park; C Healy, R Kelleher, T Furlong; J McCarthy, R Snyman; M Deegan, J van der Flier, J Conan.

Replacements: D Sheehan, A Porter, R Slimani, D Mangan, C Doris, L McGrath, R Byrne, R Henshaw.
