Does Crowley, the incumbent as the Six Nations-winning and summer series-levelling starting out-half, despite being part of a misfiring Munster team get the nod or does Leinster’s Frawley, the drop-goal hero of July’s second Test win in South Africa get his chance after a stronger start to his season?
