UCC bridge 45-year gap to clinch Munster Junior Cup

College’s last win in this competition was back in 1979 when the Students defeated Richmond 12-6 with Declan Kidney being the star that day.

After a forty five year gap, University College Cork regained the Bank of Ireland Munster Junior Cup with a deserved victory over Kilfeacle at an excellent Grove Island pitch in Limerick.
