Cork Constitution will be mobilising their members this week ahead of a big day out at Aviva Stadium this Sunday but for head coach Johnny Holland, preparations for the Energia AIL Division 1A final will be all about keeping things normal as much as possible.

The Temple Hill club reached their first AIL final in five years last Saturday as they edged a thrilling semi-final, 40-34, with perennial rivals Clontarf in front of a large crowd on home soil to banish the demons of two consecutive last-four away defeats.
