Ulster’s John Cooney is determined to do all he can to lift the northern province out of the doldrums starting today by winning the European Challenge Cup quarter-final at Clermont Auvergne.
Cooney and his teammates will be looking to back up last weekend’s last 16 triumph over a horribly ill-disciplined Montpellier and bring much-needed propulsion to what has been a tumultuous season at the Kingspan Stadium.
