Munster are optimistic missing trio RG Snyman, Shane Daly and Calvin Nash will be fit to travel to South Africa for the URC champions’ two crucial league games at the Bulls and Lions later this month.

All three missed yesterday’s Champions Cup Round of 16 24-14 defeat at Northampton Saints with the exit from the competition giving Graham Rowntree’s side a down week before departing for their two-game tour to Pretoria and Johannesburg, the first two of five remaining fixtures before the end of season URC play-offs.
