James Ryan has emerged as a major doubt for Leinster’s Champions Cup round of 16 tie against Leicester Tigers early next month.

The Ireland second row suffered a bicep injury in training before the Six Nations game away to England earlier in March and after which Andy Farrell ruled him out for the remainder of the tournament.
