Vikki Wall may be waiting for the lightbulb moment that will tell her she has got to grips with a brand new code but the former Meath All-Ireland winner and AFLW star’s new Sevens rugby career with Ireland is off to a flying start.

With a gold medal around her neck after her first HSBC SEVNS World Series event, Wall, 25, has shared in Irish rugby history just seven months after leaving Women’s Australian Football and a contract with North Melbourne to try and realise her dream to represent Ireland in the Olympics this summer.
