Munster and Leinster's Champions Cup round of 16 fixture details confirmed

Munster will take on Northampton Saints in the last 16 of the Investec Champions Cup in the early lunchtime slot on Sunday, April 7. 

The fixtures details have been confirmed for the European knockouts, by tournament organisers today.

Graham Rowntree's side will travel to Franklin's Gardens for a rematch against the Saints on ITV with the winners set to take on the Bulls or Lyon, who will meet in South Africa later that day.

Leinster's meeting with Leicester Tigers will be hosted at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, April 6 with a primetime 8pm kick-off. 

The game will be shown live on RTÉ2. 

The pair will know their potential quarter-final opponents with the Stormers and Ronan O'Gara's La Rochelle kicking off at 3pm in Cape Town that day.

In the Challenge Cup, Ulster and Connacht will both play on Sunday, April 7. The northern province will take on Montpellier in France at 12.30pm Irish time while Connacht face an away trip to Pau with a 5.30pm Irish time start.
