Like switching any job, moving to a new organisation can be fraught with difficulties. There are bosses to impress, colleagues to bond with, and a fresh way of doing things to conquer to have any hope of fitting in.

Yet when the workplace Seán O’Brien joined this summer was as positive and welcoming as he found Munster’s High Performance Centre, he found the whole process uplifting rather than daunting.
