Outgoing Leinster CEO Mick Dawson

Leinster CEO Mick Dawson, who has been central to the club’s journey from also-rans to European giants both on and off the park, is to step down from the role at the end of the season after just over 20 years in charge.

A former employee of Davy Stockbrokers and a Lansdowne clubman, Dawson took over at the province in November of 2001 when they were still playing out of a run-down Donnybrook Stadium and the team training out of portable buildings.
