'He’s going to be a great loss' - Fergus McFadden to retire at end of the season

Leinster back Fergus McFadden has this morning announced his decision to retire from professional rugby at the end of the season.
The 184 times capped Kildare native was a key member of the Leinster double winning season in 2017/18, playing 17 times and scoring three tries until a hamstring injury in the Heineken Champions Cup semi-final win over Scarlets – in the act of scoring a try – cut short his season.
