A sponsor has confirmed that they contacted Sale Sharks to 'discuss the uncertainty' surrounding speculation that the club may sign Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding.
On Wednesday, the Aviva Premiership club announced they will not be signing Jackson and Olding.
