'Beast from the East' forces Munster's game with Edinburgh to be postponed

Munster's game with Edinburgh at Murrayfield has been postponed due to the 'Beast from the East'.

Munster’s Guinness PRO14 clash with Edinburgh, fixed for Murrayfield Friday has been postponed, victim to the current adverse weather in Ireland and parts of the UK.

Similar to the issues that caused the postponement of Ulster Rugby and Glasgow Warriors, threats to travel and the potential of severe weather on the day of the game raised concerns to the health and safety of supporters, match officials, players and staff from both clubs which is always paramount in such situations.
