Isa Nacewa to captain Leinster who welcome injured trio back

Isa Nacewa has overcome his recent injury concern to captain Leinster for the visit of Cardiff to the RDS.

A large number of Irish internationals have been rested for the tie, meaning Ross Byrne and Luke McGrath form a half-back partnership.

Dan Leavy starts at blindside after making his Six Nations debut last weekend with Josh van der Flier back from shoulder injury at open side and Rhys Ruddock at number eight.

Cian Healy is named in the front row beside fellow internationals Richardt Strauss and Michael Bent.

Adam Byrne starts on the right wing opposite Nacewa, while Joey Carbery is selected at full back.

Noel Reid takes the number 12 jersey again with Rory O’Loughlin returning from shoulder injury to fill the number 13 jersey beside him.
