The pair are good friends but that didn’t blunt their competitive edge.

We were only just getting our heads around foot golf and now rugby golf is the latest craze to hit our shores.

Given that Ireland versus New Zealand is the topic on everyone’s mind right now, who better to show off the new game than Ronan O’Gara and Dan Carter.

The former Ireland great and the All Black legend took each other at Dun Laoghaire Golf Club.

The pair have become good friends due to their involvement in French side Racing 92 but that didn’t blunt their competitive edge on the golf course.
