Twitter celebrates Connacht's Pro 12 title

It just goes to prove that the men from the west are the men that are best!

Connacht secured themselves a first ever Pro12 title in Murrayfield today, beating Leinster on a scoreline of 20-10.

The victory caps a remarkable season for the Westerners, as they have far exceeded their initial target of Champions Cup qualification and everybody else's expectation that they would eventually falter.
