With only 30 days to go until Ireland begin their defence of the Six Nations title, the BBC have released a promo clip for the tournament.

Irish rugby endured a disheartening end to 2015.

Joe Schmidt’s side exited the Rugby World Cup at the quarter-final stage and Munster and Leinster both suffered disappointments in their seasons so far.

Fans will be hoping the Six Nations competition will help bring optimism back and this montage is perfect to get us all in the mood.
