The hard work starts now. It’s time to front up because things will go down to the wire. Pick your cliché - the Rugby World Cup quarter finals are upon us.
This weekend the quarter finals kick off with four mouth watering matches to look forward to.

The Springboks got a kick up the backside after their shock defeat to Japan and since look back to there best. Meanwhile Wales successfully came through the Pool of Death despite a host of injuries. Could this be one game too many for the Welsh?
Neither side has set the tournament alight and with the All Blacks not firing on all cylinders the French might fancy themselves. Les Bleus will be determined to improve from last weekend’s defeat to Ireland and with the French having caused New Zealand so much heartbreak in the past, it’s a fascinating match up.
The country has been in mourning following Paul O’Connell’s hamstring injury ending his World Cup (and international career). They’ll be fired up for the Pumas but can an injury ravaged squad lift themselves so soon after the French clash?
Argentina, who gave New Zealand a scare in their opening game, will fancy their chances of a semi final appearence which should make for a blistering game.
The Wallabies topped the Pool of Death and the dark horses have become firm contenders to lift the Webb Ellis Cup. They’ll fancy their chances against the Scots who will need leaders like Greig Laidlaw, Stuart Hogg and Richie Gray to be on top form if they are to come out victorious.
