During the post-match press conference last night, a Rugby World Cup press officer's mobile phone interrupted head coach Joe Schmidt.

That would have been embarrassing enough, but Schmidt had Paul ‘Fear of God’ O’Connell alongside him.

Imagine the nerves as the big man from Limerick turns to stare you out while your phone rings in your pocket?

Luckily, both O’Connell and Schmidt saw the funny side, with Ireland’s captain solemnly telling the press officer, “that’s a fine”.
