Donal Lenihan gave his views on the Ireland v Italy RWC pool match at the Olympic Stadium.

A lot of hype had built up around Ireland after easy wins in the first two matches of the tournament, and Lenihan says they now have questions to answer.

It’s not all doom and gloom though.

Lenihan believes that the always clear-eyed coach Joe Schmidt will be deeply disappointed by today’s game, but will use it as a tool for improvement before the tough battles ahead.
