Iain Henderson: A lack of discipline spelled our defeat to Wales

Iain Henderson has said a lack of discipline was a critical factor was behind Ireland's 10-16 defeat to Wales yesterday.

"We knew towards the end of the first half we had to salvage something, and we managed to do that...but we realised our discipline hadn't been good enough," he said.
