We are not happy, says England rugby chief
A fourth successive RBS 6 Nations runners-up spot for England is unacceptable, Rugby Football Union chief executive Ian Ritchie said today.
But Ritchie maintains Stuart Lancaster's men can win the Rugby World Cup which they will host in September and October.
