The third and fourth class pupils of Scoil Phadráig in Westport came up with a novel way of combining support for the Ireland rugby team and Seachtain na Gaeilge - by learning to sing Ireland’s Call in Irish.

The third and fourth class pupils of Scoil Phadráig in Westport came up with a novel way of combining support for the Ireland rugby team and Seachtain na Gaeilge - by learning to sing Ireland’s Call in Irish.

The song, written by Phil Coulter, is sung before Ireland's international Rugby Union fixtures to represent the whole island of Ireland.
