The Ireland team made hard work of getting their team photo taken today after the Captain's Run in the Aviva Stadium.

Seriously lads, face the camera and say cheese, how hard can it be?

IRFU president Louis Magee was front and centre and ready for the flash, unlike basically every member of the squad.

We have so many questions?

What is Marty Moore staring so intently at? Is Sean O'Brien trying to do an Ashley Cole? What on earth is Rob Kearney doing?

And most of all…who can't even get their jersey on?
