That's gotta hurt - BOD suffers nasty mouth injury at training

Leinster and Ireland star Brian O'Driscoll suffered a nasty mouth injury at training yesterday.

Taking to Twitter to showcase the unfortunate accident, the player showed us all why wearing gumshields is so important.

BOD tweeted a picture of a sore looking gash on his tongue, saying "*CAUTION* : the message of the day is always wear your gumshield training!"
