Ireland and Ulster hooker Rory Best has recovered from his broken arm ahead of schedule to face Montpellier at Ravenhill tomorrow night.

The 31-year-old's fitness will be a significant boost to Joe Schmidt's Ireland squad ahead of next month's RBS 6 Nations.
