No fresh injuries for Munster

The Munster medical team have reported no fresh injury concerns ahead of the province’s crucial Heineken Cup Pool 1 showdown against Racing Metro at Thomond Park on Sunday (12.45pm).

Aside from the normal bumps and bruises Munster came through their victory over Edinburgh on Sunday unscathed.

Mike Sherry, who didn't get through the warm-up in Murrayfield, has not been ruled out of the Racing game at this stage and nor has Stephen Archer.

Both will be assessed later in the week with Archer considered the greater concern.

Longer term injury victims Niall Ronan and Barry O'Mahony won't resume training for a few weeks yet and the same applies to Sean Scanlon and Luke O'Dea.

However Johne Murphy will be back in training tomorrow and is expected to be in contention for action at the weekend.
