Leinster captain Leo Cullen has called on his teammates to put in a big performance against Connacht on Saturday in the hope that it will give the province something to build on in 2013.

Joe Schmidt’s team are placed fifth in the RaboDirect PRO12 and face an uphill battle to make it out of the pool stages of the Heineken Cup.
