Ulster centre Chris Farrell has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.

The 19-year-old now requires surgery to repair the damage after sustaining the injury playing for Ulster U20s in the 18-9 win over Munster on Friday evening.
