Munster sign South African Stander

Munster have signed former SA Schools captain and U-20 wing forward CJ Stander, it was announced today.

In this his first season playing Super 15 rugby, the 22-year-old has played 13 times and scored four tries for the Bulls who lie fifth in the overall table after finishing second in the South African Conference.

He will join Munster on a two-year contract, subject to being granted a work permit and passing the requisite fitness test, once his commitment to the Bulls in the Super 15 and Currie Cup has ended.
