Experience restored to Munster squad

After opting to play an inexperienced team in Munster’s 34-17 victory over Edinburgh, McGahan has reinstated his senior players for the challenge of taking on The Ospreys in Wales.

Paul O’Connell, Ronan O’Gara, Denis Leamy and Doug Howlett have all been named in Munster’s 29-man squad for the trip to the Liberty Stadium in round 10 of the RaboDirect PRO12 on Saturday (kick off: 6.30pm).

The Welsh side are currently in pole position in the RaboDirect PR012 after just one defeat away to Glasgow in round seven.

McGahan’s men will be looking to atone for their 13-17 defeat to the Ospreys in Thomond Park earlier this season.
