Schmidt disappointed for returning Leinster players

Despite the relief he must be feeling to have 14 first-choice players returning to his squad, Leinster coach Joe Schmidt confessed to feeling for his players who were part of Ireland’s 22-10 defeat to Wales.

Leinster struggled with their opening fixtures, losing two of their first three games in this season’s RaboDirect PRO 12 however, a recent surge in form has seen them climb to third place in the table.
