Felix Jones has today been ruled out of contention for selection in the Ireland Rugby World Cup squad.

Following an MRI scan that was undertaken today, it was confirmed that the Munster and Ireland full back has sustained an injury to one of the stabilising ligaments in his foot following an awkward fall during the game against France yesterday.
