Sivivatu out of All Blacks' Tour

New Zealand wing Sitiveni Sivivatu has been ruled out of the All Blacks’ tour of Britain and Ireland after suffering a knee injury.

Sivivatu had only just returned to action after five months out recovering from a shoulder operation and this latest setback could require more surgery.
